Sales Adviser - West End Suzuki
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time Sales Adviser to join our team. You will be responsible for selling new Suzuki and multi-franchise used cars to customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting static demonstrations on new and used vehicles, negotiating sales deals effectively, processing paperwork and completing sales transactions efficiently, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Ideally, possessing at least 2 years of experience as a sales Adviser, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets, showcasing exceptional communication and customer service skills, exhibiting a strong work ethic, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
West End Cars is the official Suzuki franchise dealership in Dundee. We're a busy, well-established workshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service — and we're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our growing service team.
The Role
We need a skilled, reliable technician who can carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and MOT testing to a consistently high standard. You'll be working alongside a supportive team in a well-equipped, franchised workshop, with a steady flow of work and genuine opportunities to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a range of vehicles
- Perform MOT testing (MOT Tester qualification required or working towards)
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Complete Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) and identify additional work where appropriate
- Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the Service Advisor team
- Work safely and in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Take pride in delivering right-first-time work and a high standard of customer care
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Current MOT Tester qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Proven experience in a main dealer or fast-fit/independent workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a strong work ethic
- Suzuki brand experience is an advantage but not essential — full manufacturer training provided
