This will be a full-time position, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, building strong relationships with customers, identifying and resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Ideally, possessing at least 5 years of experience as a service manager, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets, showcasing exceptional leadership and motivational abilities, excelling in communication and customer service, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

Sales Advisor - West End Suzuki
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for selling new Suzuki and multi-franchise used cars to customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting static demonstrations on new and used vehicles, negotiating sales deals effectively, processing paperwork and completing sales transactions efficiently, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Ideally, possessing at least 2 years of experience as a sales advisor, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets, showcasing exceptional communication and customer service skills, exhibiting a strong work ethic, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a qualified MOT tester to join our team at West End Suzuki. This will be a full-time position, and you will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities include conducting MOT tests to the highest standards, identifying and reporting any vehicle faults, completing all required paperwork accurately, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Ideally, possessing at least 2 years of experience as a qualified MOT tester, demonstrating a strong knowledge of MOT testing procedures, exhibiting exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
