Sales Adviser - West End Suzuki
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time Sales Adviser to join our team. You will be responsible for selling new Suzuki and multi-franchise used cars to customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting static demonstrations on new and used vehicles, negotiating sales deals effectively, processing paperwork and completing sales transactions efficiently, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Ideally, possessing at least 2 years of experience as a sales Adviser, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets, showcasing exceptional communication and customer service skills, exhibiting a strong work ethic, and demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Service Adviser - West End Suzuki
As a Service Adviser at West End Garage, you are the crucial link between our customers and the workshop team. Your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers warmly, understanding their vehicle's needs, and clearly explaining the recommended services. You will be responsible for booking appointments, preparing work orders, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and establish a trusting and professional relationship.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Communicate with technicians to understand the scope of work and provide accurate service recommendations to customers.
- Present and explain service options, costs, and timelines in a clear and transparent manner.
- Proactively identify and recommend additional services or products that would enhance the customer's vehicle performance, safety, or longevity. This includes service plans, oil / fuel treatments, SMART repairs and valeting packages.
- Obtain customer approval for all services and effectively manage customer expectations.
- Prepare and process work orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through follow-up calls and addressing any post-service concerns.
- Collaborate with the entire dealership team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service Adviser or a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of automotive systems and service procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus.
- A valid driver's licence.
