OUR PROUD HISTORY
West End Garage was originally built as a garage in 1929 and is still located in the heart of Broughty Ferry. The business has been in the same family ownership since 1972 and has represented the Honda franchise in the local area since 1978. We have managed to build a loyal customer base over these years and we pride ourselves on good customer service with a friendly and helpful approach to all aspects of motoring requirements. Our expansion over the years has included the addition of our City Centre Service facility, City Quay Car Services and then closely followed by the acquisition of the Honda Franchise in Perth and the addition of the Suzuki Franchise in Broughty Ferry. More recently we have added an MG franchise in Perth plus our vehicle rental facility at City Quay has allowed us to expand our offering to the local motoring community. With the directors of the business all keen car enthusiasts, a team of well-trained technicians and support staff you can be sure that we can look after just about any aspect of motoring requirement you may have.
In 2009 West End Motor Group was incorporated when Perth Honda Ltd was included. Perth Honda Ltd has retained and increased its customer base through hard work, excellent value and a sales experience that most dealerships can only aspire to.
In 2013 West End Motor Group brought Suzuki back to Broughty Ferry after a 10-year absence. West End Suzuki, situated beside Orchar Park, Monifieth Road, is perfectly placed to showcase this fantastic franchise.
The dealership has gone from strength to strength boasting UK Aftersales Manager of the Year. Whilst the popularity of the Suzuki range has ensured that each day, more and more new Suzukis drive off our forecourt to homes in Tayside and Fife.
In 2020 we opened WE-Rental, our very own rental car facility based at the City Quay.
While 2021 saw the opening of Perth MG on the same site as our existing Honda franchise on Dunkeld Road. MG was the fastest growing car brand in 2022 so it has been fantastic to be able to bring this exciting new range of cars to drivers in Perthshire, Tayside and Fife.
